Customized pulse spray dryers (pulse combustion)

Customized pulse spray dryers (pulse combustion)

We implement customized plant solutions for industrial applications that operate using pulse combustion technology.

This enables us to turn a wide variety of raw materials into high-quality, fine, storable powder.

How does Pulse Combustion technology work?

First, the product is prepared so that it can be pumped. It is then injected into a drying chamber, where pulsating gas jets create very rapid air movements and heat.

The heat causes the water to evaporate, and the kinetic energy breaks the droplets down into fine particles.

The end result is a fine, uniform powder.

Wide range of applications

Wide range of applications

The pulse combustion process can be used to process a wide variety of products into high-quality powders – from milk, blood, and slaughterhouse waste to vegetables, fruit, organ juices, rare earths, and other waste products.

The process is used, among other things, for milk powder production, for adding gradients to animal feed, as an ingredient for further processing, and for finished end products such as ginger powder.
